1. WHO WE ARE

This website, samedildn.co.uk, is operated by Samedi ("Samedi", "we", "us", "our").
You can contact us at support@samedildn.co.uk.

2. THESE TERMS

These terms apply to every order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. We recommend saving a copy for your records.

Nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights as a consumer. If any part of these
terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights apply.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

All Samedi jewellery is solid 925 sterling silver. Every piece over the legal weight
threshold carries a UK hallmark.

Product images are shown as accurately as we can manage, but screens vary and silver photographs differently under different light. Minor variation in finish, polish and tone is normal in a metal product and is not a fault.

Stated weights and dimensions are accurate to within normal manufacturing tolerance.

We do not offer engraving or personalisation.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a
dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an
item has sold out or we have identified a pricing error, we will tell you and refund
you in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where an order appears to be for resale.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not offer credit, instalment or pay-later options.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we are not obliged to
supply it at that price. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you
want to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

6. DELIVERY

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received
payment in full.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without
giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us at support@samedildn.co.uk or start a return from your account. You must return the goods to us without undue delay. Full details, including the condition items must be returned in, are in our Refund Policy.

8. GUARANTEE

We provide a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of
delivery. If a piece fails due to a manufacturing fault within that period we will
repair or replace it, or refund you, at our option and at no cost to you.

The guarantee does not cover general wear, tarnish, scratching, damage caused by
accident or misuse, or damage caused by contact with chemicals, chlorine or cosmetics. Sterling silver tarnishes naturally with exposure to air and skin. This is a property of the metal and is not a defect. It can be polished out.

The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

9. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If what you receive does not meet that standard, contact us and we will put it right.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, photography, product names and branding,
belongs to Samedi or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.

11. OUR LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our
negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the
amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for
loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

12. PRIVACY

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version
published on this site when you placed it.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
