UK delivery is free and tracked. Orders arrive the next day or the day after. We deliver Monday to Saturday, not on Sundays or bank holidays, and you get a tracking link by email when your order is on its way.

Yes, we ship worldwide. UK delivery is free. For orders outside the UK, delivery is charged at checkout, and any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the buyer.

Every order arrives gift-ready in our signature box and soft-touch pouch, with a polishing cloth and care card. No extra wrapping needed.

You have 14 days from delivery. Request a return from your account, then send it back unworn and in its packaging. We email you a prepaid tracked label, and £4 is taken off your refund to cover it. There is no £4 charge if the piece is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges within the UK are free. We email you the label, nothing is taken off, and we send the new piece out at our cost.

Yes. Every Classic is solid 925 sterling silver, the same metal all the way through, not a coating over something cheaper.

Plated pieces have a thin layer of one metal bonded over a base metal, which keeps the cost down. Solid pieces are the same metal all the way through. Our Classics are solid 925 sterling silver.

Measure your wrist with a strip of paper, just below the wrist bone, and use that measurement as it is. The Classics come in two sizes. S is an 18cm bracelet and fits a 15 to 17cm wrist. M is a 20cm bracelet and fits a 17.5 to 19.5cm wrist. Some pieces come in M only, and each product page shows which. Sizes are the length of the bracelet, not your wrist. All real silver can dull slightly over time, especially if stored damp. It wipes straight back to a bright shine with the polishing cloth included in every order.

Yes. Our bracelets are made for daily wear. Water is fine. We would just avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine and the sauna, which speed up tarnishing on any silver.
