- 1. Wrap a tape measure around your wrist. It should sit flat, not loose and not tight.
- 2. No tape measure? Use a strip of paper, a piece of string or a charging cable. Wrap it around your wrist the same way, mark where the end meets, then lay it flat and measure up to the mark with a ruler.
- 3. Find your measurement in the table below to get your size.

- Exactly 17 cm, or between the two? Either fits. S leaves about 1 cm of room, M leaves about 3 cm.
- Under 15 cm? S will sit with more than 3 cm of room.
- Over 19.5 cm? M leaves under half a centimetre, so it may be tight. Message us before you order.
