SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY COST

Delivery is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend.

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard UK delivery usually arrives within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be longer during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas, and during postal strikes or severe weather.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If you have
not received it within two working days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us.

PACKAGING

Every order is gift boxed as standard, at no extra cost.

DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at
support@samedildn.co.uk and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. We cannot treat a parcel as lost until the carrier's own investigation period has passed, which is usually 10 working days for UK tracked services.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will replace it or refund you in full.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We dispatch to the address you give us. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. We may ask you to cover the cost of a second dispatch.

If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. We can usually correct an address before dispatch but not after.

FAILED DELIVERY

If nobody is available, the carrier will normally leave a card and either attempt
redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. Parcels not collected within
the carrier's holding period are returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange
redelivery.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy.
