Refund policy

Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. To begin, log into your account, open the order and request a return. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation email. Items must be sent back unworn and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved we will email you a returns label.

As soon as your return reaches us we refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free within the UK. Request one from your account the same way as a return.

Faulty or not as described

Every piece is checked before it ships. If anything arrives faulty or is not as described, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
