Delivery

All UK orders ship free and are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. Standard delivery usually lands within 2 to 4 working days.

Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Log into your account, open the order and request a return. Send it back unworn and in its original packaging. Once it reaches us we refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Exchanges are free within the UK. Request it from your account the same way as a return and we will sort it.
